Life
TagRealities and Possibilities
“Life is often about facing reality without disregarding divine possibilities.” For all of us life is not always as you would like it to be. Life occasionally might well include problems, hard, or even hurtful circumstances. There are times when what you need is more than you have. Everyday life is not a movie, where if you “wish upon a star” all your dreams come true. Life is often about facing reality without disregarding divine possibilities.
Quality time
“A lonely day is God’s way of saying that he wants to spend some quality time with you.” ― Criss Jami
Who Knows???
We know that life flows in cycles and should expect famine and bounty, heartache and joy, sickness and health and success and failure. In fact, it is typically during the darkest moments, such as death and loss, that transformation takes place.
Life’s ABCs…
The original version was written by Mr. Harvey Mackay who is a columnist and author of the New York Times #1 bestseller “Swim With the Sharks without Being Eaten Alive.” I have journeyed a long way to be where I am today only to find out what is life’s ABCs, so here’s my version:
Astonished and Amazed…
Was walking around Brisbane with a friend one day and saw this shop called “Broken Hearted Cafe”. Astonished and amazed and thinking about James Taylor’s old song. I jokingly made a comment saying; maybe I should open one next door called ‘I Fix Broken Hearts Cafe’ specializing in comforting, repairing and restoring of people’s hearts that has been broken.
Once in Your Life…
“Life tells you nothing, it shows you everything.” – Richard Bach. Only once in your life (some may think differently), I truly believe, you find someone who can completely turn your world around.
Nothing stays the same…
“Life will never be the same again life is changing”… what a fantastic saying and an awesome song by Haddaway… You’d think after my years of living that I would get used to the changes. I’m not! Some times they still hit home to me.
The Man In The Mirror
“Every way of a man is right in his own eyes,…” (Proverbs 21:2). We are often very quick to judge other people on what they do or by how they act or lived. But perhaps we should also do our own examination of ourselves.
It’s My Life
Many times I feel I do not exist and not being appreciated. I feel as if I am only a fragment of imagination. I always try to live everyday trying to serve and please people all the time. Often that brings a lot of disappointments. Sometimes I tell myself never to do it again – but emptiness always follows. I have nothing to prove to you or to anyone else. I am my own person. I act according to my will and to His will.
